Andi’s career has taken her from Clemson and USC to deep inside IBM. In various management roles, over a 13-year tenure, she rose to the role of Worldwide Contracts Administrator for Software Development and Manufacturing. This senior level advisory position helped Andi hone her skills as a talented negotiator and international liaison serving IBM business executives, general and IPL counsel and IBM business partners.
Andi joined forces with Kay Eubanks over a decade ago after obtaining her brokers license and GRI designation, first consulting then partnering in the development and general management of Ashwood Homes, a Colorado-based real estate development company.
In 2003 Ms. Ashmore returned to her southern roots to join Forgotten Coast Development Company, assuming a mission critical role to enhance and ensure the success of the organization. Her expertise serves the company well, as she works diligently and directly on projects from conception to completion.
