Jan Nucich has extensive experience in the field of real estate including resale, new construction, relocation, and land sales. Jan has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991 and in recent years was a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Hartung and Noblin, Inc. in
Tallahassee. She has also worked as a Closing Agent and Marketing Representative for Owen Title Company in
Tallahassee.
Jan has a broad range of expertise in other aspects of real estate, as well. She has been a successful liaison between realtors, mortgage brokers, and lenders. In addition, she possesses skill linking sellers and buyers through contract negotiation and mediation.
In 1997 through 2002, Jan served on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors®, in 1999, held the seat of Vice President, and then went on to become President in 2001. During that same year, she was awarded Realtor of the Year in
Tallahassee. From 2000 through 2002, she served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors® ("FAR") and in 2002 was appointed District VIII Vice President of FAR. Jan has served as a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, Coalition for Positive Growth, National Association of Realtors, and listed in the Florida Association of Realtors® Honor Society.
She relocated to the area in October 2004. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, boating, and golfing. She has been extremely involved in the communities where she has lived working with Habitat for Humanity, The American Cancer Society, Children's Home Society, and Refuge House to name a few.
