Project Manager/Realtor Associate
Joey joined Coldwell Banker Forgotten Coast Development and Forgotten Coast Realty in 2005. He has an Associates Degree from Tallahassee Community College as well as several Certificates in Drafting, Telecommunication and Networking. Having worked in Construction, Surveying and Engineering for the last 10 years, Joey has the ability to plan, design and execute residential and commercial developments through there entirety.
With his technological knowledge and experience in the development process, Joey will surely be a tremendous asset to both companies. He is continuously working on developments all along the forgotten coast from ½ acre to 1600 acre projects.
Joey spends his free time on Remodeling Projects and Outdoor Power Sports with his 8-year-old son Tyler to include Motorcycles, 4-wheelers and Water Skiing.
